Electric bikes is a rapidly growing category with major head room for growth. RAD Power Bikes is a major player in North America – but unknown in Europe. They appointed SYZYGY at the start of 2021 to help them enter the competitive European market.

Europe is more complicated than the US with varying languages, behaviours, maturity – even physical geography. The brand challenge is different too –with low awareness to combat. Additional complications included inventory availability caused by Brexit and the blockage of the Suez canal.

Within 12 months, we have developed, executed and evolved a strategy that has directly ensured RAD enters the market in a sustainable way, in line with demand and stock availability.
